In Memory of Dr. Hank Clemons
Dr. Hank Clemons, the founder of the Society of Emotional Intelligence (SoEI), passed away unexpectedly in June 2023. He was a wonderful friend, colleague, mentor and trailblazer, who taught us more about the world, each other and ourselves than we could have ever imagined We honor Dr. Hank’s legacy of bringing EI to the world through SoEI and this annual symposium.

The Society of Emotional Intelligence (SoEI) is an international, professional membership organization supporting those with an interest in furthering the application of emotional intelligence in their daily lives. The organization is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of individuals and organizations through the recognition, training and development of emotional intelligence.
SoEI offers education and training and is dedicated to providing one-on-one coaching programs to increase emotional intelligence in everyday life. We provide free virtual meetings to our members and guests on the third Wednesday of each month. We also sponsor this annual SoEI Symposium to bring together practitioners and novices from around the globe.
We encourage sharing and mutual learning by our members and we embrace the broad range of their diversity. If you or your organization is not a member, consider joining us.
